If you want to have tasty Japanese sweets, you can go to “Hiyoriyama” in Ogi.

I went here on Mar 2nd, just before the Girls’ Festival in Japan.

The flower of Ume, Japanese apricot, camellia flowers, and butterbur scape which the signs of spring as well as clay dolls welcome me at the entrance.

These old and traditional dolls are made of clay, and people in SADO have displayed them in their house on the Girls’ Festival Day every year.

I had a lunch set of Chicken curry and Taco.

The chicken was soft and it’s a bit spicy but tasty.

Also, I ordered Japanese parfait and local donut with vanilla ice cream.
The purple potato paste, sweet bean paste and dried persimmon soaked in rum on top of it are a good pairing.

And this local donut is simple but so good!! Maybe the best donut I’ve ever had in my life.

Why don’t you come here to enjoy spring and good foods?
